Week 1: Day 2

Today was a LONG day! I got up at 6:45 and started getting ready. Packing my meals, making breakfast, ironing my dress, showering and by the time I got to sit down to eat it was 7:30 am. I am good!

First meal was :

1 cup of steamed asparagus with my garlicky chicken! (7:45am)

1st Snack:
1 cup of steamed asparagus with my garlicky chicken! (10:30am)

Lunch (no photo):
1 cup of Mixed baby greens , 1/2 cup of baked yam, garlicky chicken! (12:55pm)

2nd Snack:
1 cup of Sorrento salad with garlicky chicken! (5:00pm)

** Between 2nd snack and dinner I seasoned up the chicken for tomorrow's meals! Fresh garlic, thyme, rosemary, lime juice, and extra spicy no salt seasoning rub all  pulverized together in a mortal and pestle.

Dinner:
Last of the Tilapia and 1 cup of mixed Sorrento salad (7:30pm)

Headed out to Queens and had a lovely prayer time with 2 beautiful women of God!

Arrived home at midnight. Started cooking seasoned chicken breasts (I'm going to try backing the chicken today). It is now 1:20am! Sleepy!!!
